23Fifteen Living Options provides residential supports to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). We specialize in small, non-institutionalized living arrangements that encourage independence; empower choice and emphasize person-centeredness.

Our Locations

Provide 24-hour a day, non-medical care and supervision for clients ages 18-59 or any person 60 years of age or older under specified requirements.
